09/23/2008 - Savannah Architects and Engineers tour Chatham Steel Corporation headquarters.

Chatham Steel Corporation, part of the Reliance Steel and Aluminum family, hosted a tour and presentation for local architects and engineers at its headquarters in Savannah, GA on September 16. The event, organized by AISC, was registered with the American Institute of Architectsfor 2 hours Continuing Education Credit.   14 local architects and engineers attended the event, which began with a tour of Chatham’s impressive facility and followed with a presentation by AISC's Chris Moor on "Steel Supply and Availability".   Feedback from the event has been overwhelmingly positive and a whole new set of relationships have begun between the design community and Chatham Steel in Savannah!   To discover similar events in your region, contact us.
